As I’ve mentioned in one of my other reviews regarding the set up, it’s a good alternative to having the cables just dangling behind the TV. However, it doesn’t completely hide away their cables as they have to come out of the wall somewhere to connect to the power outlet. I’ve had three TV set up, two of them where the cables were hidden, and one of them where the cable wasn’t hidden. Her geek squad information, the basic installation includes them neatly tying down the cables, but it’s still an eyesore for them to just dangle down the wall. The other two rooms look much better.

The Best Buy guy arrived on time with plenty of heads up beforehand. He checked out the situation and worked quickly to install the mount and install the TV on the wall of my living room. He did a very neat and tidy job but I felt like he was under pressure to complete the job and get out the door in too hurried a fashion. He was very courteous and efficient!

Anthony and Ari did a perfectly good job installing the TV and configuring it. They appreciated the work I had done to provide all of the right cables ready for connection. While Anthony was configuring the TV, Ari was configuring the new Denon receiver connected to it, so I was not able to follow either of them closely, which would have been helpful for the future.

From purchase to installation couldn't have asked for better.
