Good job and after completion of the job they clean the surroundings and give me some instructions...

The technicians were great. What I didn't like is that I was told that they couldn't use the mounts I had, and I had to purchase two new ones for about $250. This happened after I told the person that I scheduled the service with that I had metal studs and what kind of mounting brackets I had. It didn't feel "right" when the techs told me this, but I let them go ahead with the work. Plus, I was never contacted by Best Buy after the techs supposedly reported back on my concern.

The techs were patient and ensured 100% satisfaction before leaving. I say this because I purchased a Kanto TV wall-mount that would not install correctly without the TV being off-center. Luckily they were able to use my existing Best Buy brand TV mount with end result of a perfectly positioned TV.

Mounted an 85" TV to our wall quickly, efficiently, and perfectly! Everyone involved went above and beyond what was expected, and went through great lengths to make sure everything was done well, and without leaving any kind of mess. Would hire these pros again without a doubt in a heartbeat! Really took the stress out of setting up our system

Best Buy guy did a fantastic job with the install, this is the 4th tv they have installed in my house.

We had a great experience with Geek Squad, great customer service very efficient, made sure our new TV worked properly taught us how to use the new remote, spoke with us the whole time as they were setting up,, what to expect an so on.. As well they cleaned up the wire areas so it didn't look messy and all jumbled together. We would recommend Geek Squad to all of our family and friends.

The two installers were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. They installed the 75" TV and set up the sound system, internet connections, and all of the other components within an hour. They made sure I knew what they were doing and they used the settings I requested. I definitely recommend these guys for any work requiring more than one person.
