The Geek Squad Agents came and took their time to make sure everything looked perfect and worked great!

The two guys who came out were quick, funny, answerered all my questions, and helped me to mount my tv in no time! They were very respectful, and cleaned up as they were working so when they were gone the only way you could tell they were there was.. well, the tv on the wall! haha

The Geek Squad unmounted the old TV and mounted the new one. They made sure all of my apps were working properly (Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, etc.) They answered all of my questions and left their contact information in case there were any issues.

The agent mounted my tv and installed all my devices. And set up my remote control . Great job

Top-notch. Smart. Polite. Informative. Kept us apprised every step of the way. The lead tech is a real perfectionist. He made sure everything was perfect. His assistant ran me through the entire process, answered all questions and generally was nice to have around.

The two person team who set up my tv and sound bar were excellent. Each had his own job and they went to it. Freezing rain the day they delivered. They were very careful. They cleaned up everything and did an awesome job.

They did a good job hooking up my washer and dryer. And also the crew who mounted my TV, and hooked up my sound system.

The guys who showed up to install were very professional and courteous. After install they took the time to show me the features of the TV and how it works. My only issue was with the scheduling the first time the install was scheduled for was very poor. The first Geek Squad person was quite rude. But once escalated and the new people from Geek squad showed up they were excellent.

Awesome knowledge and service. Couldn’t be any easier unless it was free...
