The technician came to my house and asked the questions necessary for mounting the TV where and how I wanted it. Then got to work and finished, what I considered a complex task, very quickly. It has been several months now since installation and I am as pleased now as when it was first mounted. I could not be more pleased.

No issues getting them to arrange exchange since they were the only ones to handle it. No having to try and say it wasnt my fault cause i never touched it. Worth getting this service for sure.

Bought, Delivered and Installed so easily!

They also programmed everything (2 remotes, sound bar, etc.). I am not sure how I rate with Best Buy, but I felt very privileged that they sent their very best two Techs, Jeren and J.
