Crew was informative and polite.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The crew installed the wall mount and tv. They could not connect the tv because my cable provider did not relocate the coax to where i wanted the tv installed. The Geek squad ad crew did not want to relocate the coax cable because they did not want to cut the wall. Told me to hire an electrician. I did and cost was 5x of what it should have been only $50. Therefore, my tv was not connected by the crew to test the setup.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Geek Squad is worth it!

It is a special skill needed to get it right. Don’t try and save the money here, let them do it!

Bought, Delivered and Installed so easily!

They also programmed everything (2 remotes, sound bar, etc.). I am not sure how I rate with Best Buy, but I felt very privileged that they sent their very best two Techs, Jeren and J.
