The two guys who did my install were seasoned pros and had the new set and sound bar mounted and programmed very quickly. When we hit a snag with slow internet connection, they coached me on what to tell the cable company. Then they gave me a quick 'how-to' lesson, and cleared out all the packaging materials. So happy I used Geek Squad.

We had to switch the adress last minute and the customer service on the phone made it happen easily even tho I’m sure he had to do extra work with all of the details we needed to do along with it.
