two old people in Michigan

They also did some programming and gave us a lesson on how to navigate the all the functions. They were very friendly and efficient. they even put on covers over their shoes.

He checked out the situation and worked quickly to install the mount and install the TV on the wall of my living room. He did a very neat and tidy job but I felt like he was under pressure to complete the job and get out the door in too hurried a fashion. He was very courteous and efficient!

Geek Squad set up my tv quickly and efficiently.

Set the tv up quickly and efficently. Answered all my questions and patiently showed me how to operate the tv, remote and how to find shows and record them. They were very kind and gave me good advice.

Great Service from the Geek Squad

The Samsung 43" TV was installed the way we requested and Ms. McCready completed the setup by insuring that our new Smart TV was cable and internet connected. And she spent additional time showing us how to navigate the TV's features with the remote she programmed for us. Outstanding service from the Geek Squad!

Install new TV

They did however set EVERYTHING up - internet, streaming, surround sound and showed me how to use the remote.
