Hooked up my remotes, showed me how to use new one and, for additional cost, took away old TV and packing materials. I could not have done it myself unless I rented a truck. Good value.

They were very careful, routed all the cables and secured them with cable ties. So happy with the service. They were in and out quickly. Cleaned up packaging and hauled it away. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
