Best Buy Geek Squad guy did a wonderful job I appreciated how professional and kind he was

I would have given this one star given that it has taken 3 attempts to get my TV mounted correctly. However Kevin and Alex came to save the day. Not only were they informative but took their time to ensure everything was set up correctly. HUGE thanks to them!

I was skeptical of the job they would do mounting my TV, but they did an awesome and very professional job. Very pleased with them!

Geek Squad (Benjamin) discovered previous connection had been covered by a cabinet installation and had to make some cuts to find the cable connection to the TV. He was able to accomplish the task and we ended up with a beautiful installation. We appreciate the extra effort the squad went to make it happen and that they had all the tools necessary to successfully complete the install.

Delivery team was awesome. They were on time, professional, friendly, helpful explained each steip and did a great job!!!!

the person did a great job with the work but I had like a 8 hour window of when they would show up that sucked. When the person called me to confirm a time he said he was 10mins away (didn't help). When he arrived he just realized that he could mount my 75" tv by himself so he had to wait for back up. Outside of that it was good. Work was good. They cleaned and removed all trash. He even had a surge protector he sold me for my TV that I randomly needed last mine. Made up for the craziness. Over all it was good

The agent mounted the TV and sound bar outside as we needed and did a good job.

The two young men did a wonderful job in connecting the tv and sound system. They also did some programming and gave us a lesson on how to navigate the all the functions. They were very friendly and efficient. they even put on covers over their shoes.
