Very happy with service and TV purchased

We called Geek Squad and told them about it. They set up a new appointment for the following week and delivered a second TV which we are extremely happy with. We would highly recommend Best Buy and the Geek Squad

Good service from Geek squad

After install they took the time to show me the features of the TV and how it works. My only issue was with the scheduling the first time the install was scheduled for was very poor. The first Geek Squad person was quite rude. But once escalated and the new people from Geek squad showed up they were excellent.

The Squad is the best Hung the TV and Soundbar

When they pulled the television out of the box, it had a severely cracked screen, so they put in a high priority replacement which was installed within a few days
