What I didn't like is that I was told that they couldn't use the mounts I had, and I had to purchase two new ones for about $250. This happened after I told the person that I scheduled the service with that I had metal studs and what kind of mounting brackets I had. It didn't feel "right" when the techs told me this, but I let them go ahead with the work. Plus, I was never contacted by Best Buy after the techs supposedly reported back on my concern.

The only problem I had was they tried to postpone my appointment by telling me they didn’t have my tv yet. I had to make a trip to Best Buy and after talking to the manager he rectified my appointment and delivery.
