Caleb & Gio did it in 1/2 hour

Money well spent for the service. These two agents were awesome and they’re great assets to Best Buy for sure

Best Buy is the worst delivery company on earth
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my biggest complaint is that they only brought the TV and they left my sound bar at the store and then they gave me some beer story about the sound bar being on another delivery ticket with another person. I mean this was just a simple LG sound bar it did not need a theater specialist to hook up the audio or anything like that. so I feel like they were giving me a fake story because it was never delivered by anybody that day and now I’m having so much trouble trying to get the sound bar delivered.

Disappointed in the communication

For the cost, I thought it would have been included. I received multiple for.s of communication on how to prep for the installation and NEVER did it say to have a mount ready. Had to reschedule after they arrived so that I could purchase a mount.
