The technician came to my house and asked the questions necessary for mounting the TV where and how I wanted it. Then got to work and finished, what I considered a complex task, very quickly. It has been several months now since installation and I am as pleased now as when it was first mounted. I could not be more pleased.

Disappointed in the communication

For the cost, I thought it would have been included. I received multiple for.s of communication on how to prep for the installation and NEVER did it say to have a mount ready. Had to reschedule after they arrived so that I could purchase a mount.

Geek Squad very efficient

However some of the features of the Sony tv (such as Airplay and HDMI 1) seem not to work and getting in touch with Best Buy support has been greeted with overly long wait times. (Sony software very confusing and difficult to work with and their online manuals practically worthless ) Great TV picture but not sure I’d buy anSony again. Feel Best Buy support very distant to get ahold of on minor problems

The Geek Squad is the BEST!

Set failed ~ 2 weeks later. James, from Geek Squad visited to confirm DOA status quickly, recommending replacement. Geek Squad due to replace later this week!
