Excellent Experience withGeek Squad

They were very friendly and helpful and got the job done quickly. They even called me to give me a better idea of what time they would arrive. Once in my home, they were very considerate, wore masks and shoe covers the whole time, and went the extra mile to make sure I knew how to work my new smart TV. Great experience!

Geek squad was great

They set up the 75 inch smart tv. They were on time. They had knowledge . I had purchased my tv elsewhere with nightmare concierge service & they rescued me.

The only problem I had was they tried to postpone my appointment by telling me they didn’t have my tv yet. I had to make a trip to Best Buy and after talking to the manager he rectified my appointment and delivery.
