Jose Castro is an exceptional Geek Squad member!

Jose Castro is an exceptional Geek Squad member, very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. We aren't techno-savvy, but he took the time to explain everything to us in terms that we could understand. His partner is very good too. Best Buy must be very proud to have employees like them!

Great for for people like us

They came in, removed the old TV, brought in the new TV, & discussed the best way to set up our unit. e made a change in the mounting so that the TV could move around more if we decided later, help us decide on things we really didn't need & set up the W-Fy to improve the reception for the best quality. Their professional help was wonderful as well as making sure we understood everything. I am so happy with everything!
