The agent did a great job mounting the TV into concrete blocks in my basement. What impressed me most is how he checked to see the TV was working after installation and noticed the TV was not working properly. Because of his willingness to ensure everything was in working order, he was able to get a new TV brought out that day and saved me the trouble of dealing with customer service.

We bought this and had the service scheduled for a couple days later. The man arrived on time, and respected that we were trying to avoid him due to fears about contagiousness. He was thorough, and he disclosed up front that if we had metal studs he would have to sell us a different mount due to safety concerns (the store SHOULD have told us this when we bought the tv and mount, but nonetheless).

Great job! Put bracket together I ordered online. Installed on wall perfectly to avoid door and, attached TV and even adjusted my TV settings....very happy.

The guys did a great job! Worked very professionally, quickly and cleaned up after they were finished. Then they showed me how to work the remote. They even hooked up the TV that we swapped out and put in the bedroom for us.

The agents were really amazing and courteous! They arrived and were kind enough to respect our home and also our pup. They helped us with setting up our smart tv and Sono and gave us such useful information about our tv and sound system and the app!
