The agent was quick and asked me questions to make sure everything was installed where I wanted it. I had enough to do with just moving in to a new place, plus I had it installed in time to watch while I unpacked the rest of my stuff ;-) Don't let the name Geek fool you, besides knowing electronics, he also knew his way around power tools and wall mounting.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Solid Exceptional Service

The team was very professional and communicative prior to the install. Upon the date of install they were courteous, professional and efficient.

They were so skilled, so personable, and so responsive to our requests. Best Buy would be lucky to have all employees exhibit the same customer service as these two exhibited. They were professional, knowledgeable and fun. We hope to see them again when we make our next purchase.
