Jesse was great. There were issues with the scheduling of second appointment needed because of issues behind the wall where the TV was mounted. Additional parts were needed. But Jesse told me what was needed. The Joliet store made the second appointment but apparently made a mistake at entering the appointment. This led to multiple appointment cancelations. It was finally resolved and Jesse came out to complete the install. He called with arrival time. Good Job Jesse!

First of all, the communication with the installation team was great. They contact you right away to provide their direct contact info and then they send reminders via email and phone as you approach the actual installation date. On the day of installation, they were on time and got the job done in about 20 minutes. They did excellent work and my daughter was very pleased with her new mounted 4K TV. Great job guys.

Really a great unit, holds the TV correctly and can be adjusted very easily, no complaints so far.

Excellent customer service! The installation is perfect. I was working from home on a zoom call during the installation and the representative was kind enough to ask when a good time was to drill due to the call. He also paused the installation when I needed to unmute. Very kind and accommodating. & he still finished much sooner than originally expected.

Awesome installation, The Geek Squad is Amazing...

It was nice to have the Agent/ Squad install/ hang the TV and Soundbar… they were clean and very professional. They answered all my questions and educated me on a few other things about my system.

They did a great job installing and setting up the TV along with the soundbar. They set it up showed how to use it and answered any questions I had. Friendly and arrived when they said they would and cleaned up everything.

Caleb and Giovani came and set up and hung our 65 LG OLED for us with in 1/2 hour and they’re done. Money well spent for the service. These two agents were awesome and they’re great assets to Best Buy for sure
