The only problem is that the TV was not checked in relationship to the height of the TV which resulted in the sound bar hiding a few inches of the TV. The TV stand was not installed properly.

My TV was neatly and quickly installed.

He checked all of the outdoor cable connections to be sure they were in good working order. He showed me how to use the control and had me use it to turn the TV on and select a couple of stations to watch to be sure I understood.

Be careful what you order
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this for my 90 year old mother in law to be installed at her residential living facility. the install was fine, but I already had a wall mount, but wanted a soundbar installed. first, although we ordered everything needed, including the sound bar mount, it came in different times and one critical piece never arrived (sound bar mount). Did a UPS track -- they said it was signed for -- but the name of the signer was unknown. But UPS said talk to Best Buy. BEst buy said talk to UPS. So we ended up ordering a second mounting bracket for the sound bar. After paying for a premium GEEK service -- thinking that would also include sound bar installation, we were told no, and had to have a second visit by the installer. We ordered on line -- which was also held against us -- our fault (we were told) for not going to the store to talk to a Salesperson before ordering?? Isn't the point of on line to save time and money for Best buy and us? The installation, once all the caveats are taken into consideration, went fine.
