Geek Squad Service Rep installed TV Wall Mount

Installer was on time, called the day before to verify appointment time. He had all the correct tools and hardware and found the wall stud with no problems. Agent was friendly but professional. He also wore his all during his appointment. My wife and I were really pleased with the services provided.

My TV removal and set up was top notch.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.4 weeks ago we had 3 geek squad agents out to install our new QLED 85" TV with a tilting rack install, move a TV set to a different location, install a cable modem and then install an eero system. Did a great job. Later another agent came out to install the Ring Doorbell, which died the next day. Today 2 agents came out and pronounced the Ring Doorbell as "DEAD", and I am not sure when they will replace or upgrade the unit. Too many trips for too long a time, and still not working.
