Everything was perfect with my mounting except when they cut into my drywall. The mount placement is perfect, but when they installed the in-wall power extension, the faceplate does not sit well on the wall. It's loose. Not sure if they cut the hole too big or the screws are messed up on the faceplate, but it just doesn't screw into the wall. The faceplate sort of protrudes out, so I have to place it behind the wall mount in order for it to sit flush with the wall.

Ken from Geek Squad was the best. He was fast and efficient. Set everything up and explained everything he was doing and helped to get the TV set up and running.

I am not an expert on TVs but did shop around to make sure this would do the job. The picture is quite nice. It is not the TVs faults but my only complaint is that the signal I receive from my cable provider just doesnt allow it the TV to shine. HD content looks amazing though.

The guys who installed my TV were great. They removed my old TV and brought in the new one and assembled it and put it on my stand, and connected all the connections needed. The Geek Squad member then did all the needed settings and connections with the remote and when he was done, everything worked well together.
