Geek Squad did a great job. Perfect mount, easy setup and fine in under an hour.

First two installation appointments were no-call/no-shows. Third time was the charm...techs called the day before to confirm the appointment and gave a courtesy call when they were en route. Installation was handled in a courteous and professional manner, including one difficult installation above a rock fireplace. Overall quite pleased with the service.

This was my first time ever using the Geek Squad for any type of service. The Geek squad mounted 2 TVs in my home, a 65 inch TV over a fireplace and a 75 inch TV for an upstairs entertainment room. The installation process was fast, easy, and done with my input of where exactly I wanted things placed. The installers were professional and kind and did a wonderful job. I would definitely use them again.

The agent's mounted my 82 inch TV just perfectly! They connected it to my devices too.

The agents installed a TV mount above my gas fireplace and had to go through stone veneer. They were able to locate the studs with no problem. The lag bolts they used were longer than the ones that came with the tv mount. The job was done seamlessly. Very happy with the service!!

Ordinarily I wouldn’t pay the money to have someone mount my tv but I live in a really old building with terrible walls so I decided to fork over the cash to protect the money I spent on the tv. The person from the geek squad was quick and incredibly knowledgeable. So although Best Buy’s price is steep, the service is top notch. Probably even better if you have a lot of items to connect to your tv and aren’t very technically savvy

I’ve had geek squad install 3 TVs in my home now and they’ve done great work. They are fast and the clean up is very appreciated. They make sure everything is working properly and take their time to explain how everything works if I need that help. Always very kind, respectful and Professional.
