The agents installed a TV mount above my gas fireplace and had to go through stone veneer. They were able to locate the studs with no problem. The lag bolts they used were longer than the ones that came with the tv mount. The job was done seamlessly. Very happy with the service!!

Worth every penny to not have to do it myself. The agent was quick and asked me questions to make sure everything was installed where I wanted it. I had enough to do with just moving in to a new place, plus I had it installed in time to watch while I unpacked the rest of my stuff ;-) Don't let the name Geek fool you, besides knowing electronics, he also knew his way around power tools and wall mounting.

Amazing service! Well worth it! Bought a 85" tv and had them put it on the wall. They were fast, efgicient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Hooked up our new tv to our existing surround sound. Would absolutely recommend purchasing the Geek squad service!

I had my 75 inch TV mounted. They took a long time to complete. When it was done everyone was in a hurry to be finished. Later that day in saw that the TV was leaning to one side of the wall. They had to come out and refix. Big thing with mounting a TV is to make sure you get all the charges up front because there is a separate charge for the mount, speaker mount, to hide the wires (cable only) and to hide the electrical. Everything was misleading. The installers did not charge me for the electrical do that's why I scored it a 4 instead of a 1.

The Geek Squad team that installed our wall mount and 65" Sony TV were excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful. Not only did they install everything, they also taught us how to use the TV and the wall mount. We've never owned a TV before so we had a lot to learn. We actually made short videos of how to use everything.

After years of doing it myself, I now have GS install all my large TVs. They are professional, efficient, and provide great recommendations on how to best do the install. And they have experience from installing so many that they know where to best place place the mount to get place the TV exactly where I want it.
