Amazing service! Well worth it! Bought a 85" tv and had them put it on the wall. They were fast, efgicient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Hooked up our new tv to our existing surround sound. Would absolutely recommend purchasing the Geek squad service!

friendly, on time, called ahead to let me know they were coming. They made sure to ask and let us know what they were doing and if we agreed to placement. They even provided last minute extra service to hide the wires for us behind the wall. That was an extra fee but worth it. Totally satisfied and would use again

The 86" LG TV is perfect for the family room. The picture is extremely clear and the color is rich! Geek Squad installed my TV extremely fast with the mount. The total tech program is perfect for me. I do not have any worries about Best Buy products with this program!!!

Austin was our technician, he called the morning of our appointment and gave us an approximate time he would be arriving and then called when he was on his way so this was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating for where we wanted the TV's installed, he was neat and everything was done perfectly.

The geek squad was excellent. They knowledgeable and pleasant. They made the installation seamlessly. I was very impressed by the they way they set both the television in the family room and in my son’s room. They sent up both television so you could not see any wires. They took the time to set up he television and told us all the features.

My new tv was delivered and mounted perfectly. Delivery window was 1-8p, they arrived at 145p and installed the mount, the in-wall cable management system and 75” tv, cleaned up after themselves and hooked up my devices, all that in less than hour and half

Zach the total tech that put on and set up our original LG 55" and then later exchanged it for our wonderful Vizio 65" did a super job with both. He also made it all very easy and did all the paperwork. I plan on giving his Manager a call and make sure they know how wonderful he represents the Geek Squad.
