The technician made sure the tv was set up and we understood how to work the remote. The technician made sure we were comfortable working the tv before he left. He even said to call if we had any questions.

The agent mounted my sister's TV as a Xmas gift and connected cable TV. The soundbar could not be mounted because I did not have the proper equipment. Before my appointment, I inquired with the BB installation department and I was told the installers would bring what they needed. Of course this didn't happen, the installers said I was to provide the TV and soundbar mounts.

So far so good. Tv was mounted over the fireplace and the installer was prompt and tidy
