The installation was very fast, and the staff were very patient and helpful in answering all installation questions. Very satisfied with everything.

Unbelievable service! Extremely professional and beyond my expectations. Notified us the day before of the time window and then an hour before they arrived. They completed the job quickly and we’ll below the expected estimate time. They wore their masks the entire time and cleaned up after install into stucco and above fireplace. I was also blown away by the level of professionalism and respect, which i find very hard to find these days. I will never look anywhere else again and will use geek squad without hesitation, as they were worth every penny spent. Seriously, don’t think twice and to with them.

I recently hired Geek Squad to install a television on a wall in my apartment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From the initial inquiry to the completion of the job, the entire process was a breeze. The technicians arrived promptly, were courteous and professional, and completed the installation efficiently and with great attention to detail.

I bought a wall mount because I was unsure of strength needed for a 50" TV, but it turned out we could use the existing mount, so we saved money there. Installation by Geek Squad rep was friendly and expeditious. Did all the settings for us in terms of best display for the room, and ensured all applications were working. Exemplary service!

The two techs Dan and Chris were the BEST!!! They were very professional, polite, quick and very knowledgeable about product, installation, Best Buy programs, technology, computers etc. They hung my television and cleaned up and disposed of unwanted boxes. I just recently moved into my house and am still getting organized. I will definitely request them to come back to hang my other televisions when ready.

The guys from Best Buy did an excellent job mounting my first smart TV. They were careful to find the stud and handled my 65-inch TV with care. It didn’t take long at all to get the TV mounted. I would definitely use this service again.

Geek Squad were very professional. Before they came in the house they put on shoes covers. They asked me where I wanted the TV installation. They were very helpful. They asked me to sit on my couch to make sure it was the correct height. They also turned the TV on to program it. They also showed me how to navigate the remote menus. The small touches makes the customer feel good. I will always use Geek Squad for all my TV needs.

Over the top.. We had Carlos Lugones install our recessed box for our frame tv.. He was impeccably dressed, well mannered, punctual , informative and very knowledgeable! In addition to that our bezel was delivered after tv install.. When It arrived I called Carlos and he was here the very next day to install the bezel..

Bought this 55 inch Samsung tv for my daughter and needed to have it professionally installed. Geek Squad member Preston was amazing! These geek squad guys were great. They measured, made sure there wasn’t any other obstacles and they drilled exactly where the television needed to go. They then made sure all my devices were attached and working properly. They finally put all the wires neatly behind the television where they can’t be seen and they even took away the box. Perfect job.

The install was quick and well done. They asked me how I wanted it and gave me advice on positioning. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

excellent service! The two gentlemen arrived ahead of time, and were very polite and knowledgeable. They consulted with me about the height that I would like the TV mounted, found the studs in the wall and gave me my horizontal hanging options, and have the TV mounted all in less than an hour. They offered to set up the TV, But due to this being a Samsung TV with the Smart things app set up, I could easily complete the step myself. I would definitely use the service again. Note: I did not opt to conceal my cables as I am still purchasing peripherals including a sound bar. I will conceal the cables later.

Total professional job. They arrived on time. Came inside to see where I wanted the tv mounted. They got their tools and went to work. They hung the tv as close as they could to where I wanted it hung. With an 82” tv they insist on mounting it on 2 studs inside the wall. Anything short of that they can’t mount it. And they can’t hide the wires inside the wall do to fire code regulations. However they do dress the wire connections nice and neat so they aren’t Flailing around all over the place. I’m going to order wire wrap from Amazon to cover the exposed wiring. All and all the geek squad did an outstanding job on this project. They were as accommodating as they could be. Very nice and friendly geeks!

Our tv looks great on the wall. The guys asked us where we wanted it hung and marked off where it would be and made sure we liked the spot before they started. They cleaned up after themselves and answered questions we had and helped us set up some functions on the tv. They have exceptional service.

The agents were quick, wore booties, and even took the box when they left. Installed tv on table top with mount that i provided. The tv was a 77 inch so it was very useful.

The guys was very nice and politely. I was 2 min away but the waited for me with no worries. And I was very glad for that. The work was done with no mess and very fast. I just wish they could put the cable inside the wall. I got the “Samsung The Frame” made no sense have this tv and keep the cables out. But the guys says the don’t do that. Only hang the tv on the wall. :/
