Both service guy's displayed excellent customer service. They were very polite and thorough in explaining what they were doing.

It was put in my mom's house and now she has the tv on the wall right in front of her. If the sun is a little too bright we can swivel the tv instead of closing the door or drapes. Well worth the money and no headache of us to mount since BB sent tech to do the hard work for us.

Quick and Professional

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The two geek squad guy installed the tv exactly where I wanted it and without a mess and they also covered there shoes with covers so they won't mess up your floors. I really appreciated that. The tv was stable and sturdy and they programmed the remote. Very polite and quick. I would use this service again and request the same guys I had originally if I can. I'm a happy customer.

Hardworking professionals!

I have no reservations when it comes to them helping me from technical set ups to simple labor installs! One of the few services I pay for (total tech support) that is totally worth it. Worth the Money

I have used them on multiple occasion. After an installation they called me the next day to check that everything was working as it should. I had a question about something and they even stopped back by the house the next day to help me. Love Geek Squad.
