So happy I chose the in home installation. Very knowledgeable and professional and went the extra mile to find a secure wall for the tv to be mounted on. I gave slanted walls in the basement and they did everything to find the best location where I preferred the tv. They explained everything from start to finish .

Ordinarily I wouldn’t pay the money to have someone mount my tv but I live in a really old building with terrible walls so I decided to fork over the cash to protect the money I spent on the tv. The person from the geek squad was quick and incredibly knowledgeable. So although Best Buy’s price is steep, the service is top notch. Probably even better if you have a lot of items to connect to your tv and aren’t very technically savvy

Great technicians, did a great job and explained everything

Our installation expert was on time, professional, and friendly. He explained how everything works, educated my guests while installing and did exactly as i asked making the frame and controller component completely unified as one unit. His cord management practices are better than expected.

The tv I bought was having technical problems so with my Total Tech the replaced it, the only thing I was concerned about was the 3rd party company they use. I had just assumed the warranty was a Best Buy one, no isssues but I think the BB guys were more knowledgeable than the 3rd party outfit
