Bought a 55" SAMSUNG. BE CAREFUL. Geek Squad is great, but the TV still does NOT work. Took an hour for the Geek Squad to set it up. Had to use two different remotes to use it. Two times, I couldn't get it to work. Geek Squad needs to come out again. It's been over two weeks and still does NOT work.

The agents came promptly, were very knowledgeable and very careful to ensure a clean installation. They went above and beyond the scope of their work and helped us configure our devices, and ensured everything was working properly. They also cleaned up afterward, including using the vacuum to clear up drywall dust!

They were so kind and respectful. I asked question along the process because like anyone in their right mind, I don't want my TV to fall of in the middle of the night and die. They explained everything. HUGE plus was that they put on protective booties when they walk in the door to keep your home clean, and then they make sure to leave no mess behind. Super happy with the service. Well worth the money

I can’t say enough how great and professional the Geek Squad is. The two pros who came to our home to install and mount the new 65 inch 4K TV were just a joy to hav3 in our home, they used a mask all the time they were in the house. They made sure everything was working to OUR SATISFACTION. I have used the Squad before and will use them again.

I had Geek Squad install my 65" Sony TV and I'm very happy with my decision to do so. They showed up promptly, installed the mount, bundled the wires, corrected the connection I had done wrong and were out in less than an hour. By the way, I would strongly suggest you consider the annual program as it almost pays for itself considering the added value benefits. Nice Job!

The geek squad mounted my tv and sound bar. They did not fix surge protector which I purchased from Best Buy.

Two guys showed up to install my 65 OLED. Brought a kit and installed the wires in the wall so they don’t show and hung the TV on the wall. Looks great. They un-boxed it and did the whole deal including setting up the sound bar and other systems. Handed us the remote and showed us the key things to know. Very pleased with quality of work.
