Geek squad mounted this with ease and the product is awesome for this application

The two gentlemen that came out was very nice, fun to talk to and took no time to set up. Asked whete I wanted the tv, explained what they were about to do and after installation, explained how my tv was set.

Lucas competently performed installation and made necessary repairs.

Yes, they did all but one going to buy a new 4k disc player. They took down the 65" Sony TV, then put up the new 65" Sony TV. Also were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Also, they worked well together. I would have them back anytime we have trouble.

Incredible install of a TV + mount. The wall studs were not evenly placed for centering, so the installers measured prefectly to drill an anchoring "center" hole through the plate. Very patient with the entire process.

The tech was very efficient. Even showed up early for the appointment.

Seth and Ken did an EXCELLENT job setting up my mom's new television. So professional and helpful!!!! When they were finished, almost nothing hand changed so that she began using the new television immediately. I will most definitely be requesting them for my next installation.

mount was installed and tv mounted to wall. looks great but tv having issues and receiver too that was bought at best buy and installed by geek squad. waiting for answers, results or new units... ty

Went beyond expectations to mount TV given issues with wall.

Geek squad should know about the products they are installing. They were clueless. They installed our TV mount and were supposed to hook up our new Sony Bravia TV. First, they did not know that the TV works with Alexa, and they should have known that. Second, they hooked the TV up wrong. After they left, the TV would not change channels and no longer worked with Alexa. I called the guy back after he left, not even 30 min later. He refused to come back and fix it and do the job right. He REFUSED. Sooooo not right. He said he could come the next day, but not that same day. If he couldnt come back out, he should have found someone that could. The joib was not complete. Awful customer service. Your the Geek Squad. Your supposed to do the job right. You dont mess up someone's TV, and then refuse to come back out and fix it. Luckily, my husband came home and fixed everything. Geek Squad was useless and hooked the TV up wrong.

Watched how efficient and quickly they unpacked and hung the tv

Mounted tv and sound bar over fireplace and synced them together. Works perfectly.

They are great. 86” tv installation took about 10 min. Easy and smooth. Great job.
