Money well spent!

They got my new TV up and on the wall in no time and programmed it to work with my cable remote. They walked me through how to change the settings and the different inputs, and cleaned up before leaving. Very happy with Geek Squad!

Highly recommended but make sure your appointment was scheduled because the app accidentally dropped my first appointment. Besides the app though the actual technician they sent, Alex, was wonderful!

Great Value

Very courteous and knowledgeable, I enlisted their services to replace a previously-hung inoperable 70-lb dinosaur TV and haul it away. They mounted the new TV, made sure everything was connected properly, cleaned up after themselves, and gave me a tutorial on how everything works. Glad I went with the Geek Squad option!

Professional, timely, quality work

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad team that installed our lobby TV was on-time, called ahead to let us know they were enroute. There was a slight change to the install that they had to work around and rather than telling us we had to reschedule they took the extra time that day. The team was professional, cleaned up after their work and made sure everything was working as we needed before leaving.
