So glad to have had a knowledgeable member set everything up for me-it saved me a lot of time.

Geek Squad gets the job done right!

They were very professional and did the job so quick I was surprised. I was shopping around for a cheaper installation but as they say in life you pay for what you get. I was putting a 82” TV up so I wanted to make sure it was done right. There’s no better company to do it then Best Buy geek squad.

Best Buy is the worst delivery company on earth
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my biggest complaint is that they only brought the TV and they left my sound bar at the store and then they gave me some beer story about the sound bar being on another delivery ticket with another person. I mean this was just a simple LG sound bar it did not need a theater specialist to hook up the audio or anything like that. so I feel like they were giving me a fake story because it was never delivered by anybody that day and now I’m having so much trouble trying to get the sound bar delivered.

They were very neat, wore masks and shoe covers. They setup the TV, connected a a/v receiver and the cable remote. We have Total Tech, and the installation was included without a charge, with the purchase of the TV and mount.
