Geek Squad good - Samsung 55" BAD
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a 55" SAMSUNG. BE CAREFUL. Geek Squad is great, but the TV still does NOT work. Took an hour for the Geek Squad to set it up. Had to use two different remotes to use it. Two times, I couldn't get it to work. Geek Squad needs to come out again. It's been over two weeks and still does NOT work.

They got right to work, communicated with me throughout the install to make sure they did what I wanted; they even cleaned up when they were finished and took away the boxes and packaging. Could not be more pleased with their work. Totally professional!!!!

Geek Squad Mounted My TV Quickly

Great job by two great guys

Josh & Robert did a great job placing the wall mount on the wall, hanging the tv on the mount, and making sure everything worked as before. The really know their stuff and are two great guys. They are an asset to Best Buy. Thanks for a job well done guys.
