I recommend geek squad for professional hook up and great quality.

The install guys did a good job of installing. However it took them over 3 hours to mount tv.

Work was done fast and efficiently. Everything looks great now and is all set up and ready to enjoy.

We had the TV installed in a stone wall. They were about to install it perfectly!! The crew was very knowledgeable about the installation and got it done even with the difficulty of installing in an uneven stone wall.

The guys were great. installed 77" tv. showed me where it would be on the wall before installing so we could make adjustments if we wanted. They were neat, clean and very professional. Will definitely use again

I had the Geek Squad set up my TV as it was a high-priced item that weighed a lot and I wasn't taking any chances with it arriving damaged or damaging it myself. The installers were nice and polite and replaced an existing TV over the fireplace so I thought it wasn't going to be a big job for them. However, they wouldn't run a new upgraded HDMI cable (that I had purchased separately) through the walls saying it was out of scope of the standard installation. More annoying was that when everything was hooked up the audio just wasn't working through my receiver using the ARC outputs. The installers simply attributed the issue to ARC being inconsistent and an unreliable hook-up in general. I disagree with this as ARC has become the primary method of audio hook-ups these days and has better potential than the older optical option. They left with me thinking I might have to resort to the TVs own speakers or some other method but within about 15 minutes I figured out an audio setting on the TV that allowed the ARC to work just fine with my receiver. I feel that the Geek Squad installers should have known about this adjustment (I did share it with them afterward). Also, when signing up for the service, if there is a placement and configuration that you must have, be sure to let them know when ordering so that everything can be set up and priced accordingly before the install date.

Rob and Stephen did a great job in installing the TV mount. They were very neat, wore masks and shoe covers. They setup the TV, connected a a/v receiver and the cable remote. We have Total Tech, and the installation was included without a charge, with the purchase of the TV and mount.

The installation crew were efficient, quick and to the point.

I have always just done it myself... Never again!!! It was an amazing experience. They did everything and even showed me the tricks with it.

The two geek squad guy installed the tv exactly where I wanted it and without a mess and they also covered there shoes with covers so they won't mess up your floors. I really appreciated that. The tv was stable and sturdy and they programmed the remote. Very polite and quick. I would use this service again and request the same guys I had originally if I can. I'm a happy customer.
