I bought this to replace a larger TV that was too big for my new apartment. It works well and connects easily with my Smart Home setup. The sound is not as good as I’d like but I’m going to add sound bars to get a sound that I like better. I recommend this TV.

Even though it was a premium tv mounting service, it did not include the behind the sheetrock wiring. Only the tv mount was added to the wall and the tv. An exposed power plug is still visible. The geek squad said there was a horizontal fire break in the external wall and they would not be able to drill through it. It was a disappointment in the desired finished look.

The Geek Squad team that installed our lobby TV was on-time, called ahead to let us know they were enroute. There was a slight change to the install that they had to work around and rather than telling us we had to reschedule they took the extra time that day. The team was professional, cleaned up after their work and made sure everything was working as we needed before leaving.

The Geek Squad folks kept me informed as to when they would arrive. Very courteous and knowledgeable, I enlisted their services to replace a previously-hung inoperable 70-lb dinosaur TV and haul it away. They mounted the new TV, made sure everything was connected properly, cleaned up after themselves, and gave me a tutorial on how everything works. Glad I went with the Geek Squad option!

This was the best experience I have ever had with any retail unit providing services at our home. Geek Squad was on time and mounted a 75 inch $6k tv. They adjusted the universal remote and made everything worked perfectly. They took their time and did it right. I recommend Geeks for anyone who needs installation related to audio or video!!!

"Randy" from the Geek Squad installed a TV wall mount for us and hung an outdoor TV that we purchased somewhere else. He did a FANTASTIK job and was very professional and the communication from him prior to getting here was excellent! I am very happy with Randy from the Geek Squad!!
