Informed quick and thorough… polite and professional

Jovan mounted a Samsung Picture Frame TV. He was very particular about the installation and Throughly cleaned up everything before he left! He was honest, capable and polite. A pleasure to work with.

My new TV was installed only to be found later to have a manufacturing defect. The installing agents came back (with appt) a few days later to install the replacement TV and even improved the setup. They also removed the old mounting for an older TV that was a few feet away to make the cleanup easier.

The Geek Squad arrived on time to install my new 65" Samsung 4K television. They were able to fit it into a tight space perfectly. They also attached my computer to the large screen so it is easier for me to read the pages. I am very pleased with the installation and the pleasant manners of the installers.

Jonathan Book is a very nice and knowledgeable person. He is always on time, courteous and very polite! He has on a couple of occasions really exceed his knowledge on the product he came to fix and offered additional knowledge on another product! A very good representative for the Geek Squad!

Received a text the service men would arrive at 2:05 pm. They showed up at 12:30pm. We were not ready for them and they came back at 1:30pm. The tv mount was put up ok but after they left the tv did not work properly. Apparently the wiring was hooked up wrong. I reconnected the wiring to get it to work properly. Not worth the $250 they charged. Best Buy is not what they used to be.

The agents were very competent and extremely patient. The two requests I had were assuring my Wii was working and setting up Airplay. They worked diligently and got the Wii working, but AirPlay was a problem. It turned out that Sony is aware of this problem and is working to fix it.

1st agent who was a third party didn’t know what spacers were and hung the tv at an upward angle. 2nd agent who was a third party couldn’t install a tilt mount ( he didn’t have the tools), 3rd agent was a geek squad member installed the tv with spacers but too high and left all the trash. Tv is beautiful. Just the whole experience with techs was a disappointment. Best Buy offered me a gift card for the inconvenience which I have yet received and it’s been a month.

Agents were extremely helpful. They were very very friendly and professional.

Technician called several days before to confirm everything. I was notified via text 1 hour prior to technician's arrival on the day of installation. Two technicians arrived wearing masks for my family's safety. They were done within an hour or so. They cleaned up after completion. No problems at all.

We already rated their service before,(right away), and we keep getting this email from yall to review their service! Nevertheless, their service was great, and they were thorough and helpful and polite. They could not have done anything better!

The two guys were excellent. Very professional and gave me help in setting up the streaming that I chose. He even gave me a business card and told me to call if I needed help.
