The wall mount work out just fine for the size of tv we purchased

This helped me set up my tv how I prefer it. This tv mountain is wonderful

Let’s start off by them not having the mount when they came. That was Best Buy’s agents fault. The two guys looked like they wanted to leave before they got there, eyes were red. Second round of installers johnathan and Keith were amazing, yet the product was defective. Round 3, I get one guy that first came out not two people for an 85 inch tv wall mount. Tell me how that adds up. It was a nightmare, I spent so much money with Best Buy and I just wanted my tv mounted. I spent maybe 5 hours contacting Best Buy. Rescheduling,rescheduling, they would cancel every other time. Was a disaster. Also a couple days after the install the tv went on sale and I asked for a price match, they told me no because it was purchased in September. Even though it was installed right before.

My wife and I thought we could replace our TV that is mounted over the fireplace by ourselves. NOT! The old TV was way too heavy and the new TV was way to expensive for us to drop one or the other or get hurt in the process. So thankful for the professional installers from Geek Squad. Courteous. Professional. Meticulous.

The agents mounted the new TV to the wall and set the TV, sound bar and remotes. They did an awesome job. Even though I was at work at the time, they kept me updated to the needs to complete the task. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the two gentlemen who came to our home. We love the Geek Squad!

Geek squad is the best. 2nd time they mounted a TV for me an didn't disappoint. Quick work and always mount it perfectly and evenly. I will use them to mount all of my TVs in the future.

The installation was done well, they were quickly and they cleaned up.

The installation crew showed up on time, mounted my 75" set, made sure everything was working properly and then removed my old set. I thought the two men were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Geek squad installers were outstanding. They knew what they were doing and helped me with other ideas for my 2nd room. They redeemed Best Buy’s terrible customer service experience when setting up my services. 3 calls, over 2 hours per call. Hard to overcome the language barrier over the phone.

The agent mounted my television and everything worked as expected.

Love the T.V. so far….Not sure why some channels will not expand the screen to eliminate the black border….Geek Squad would not return my call.
