Great work by Geek squad in wall mounting the TV and adjusting soundbar

Antonio and his partner who set up my T.V. and sound system were the best in the business. They made sure I was informed and that I told them exactly what I wanted. The T.V. and system was put in place exactly how I wanted it. They were professional, tidy, and did a great job at setting everything up. Thank you to both of you as you both did an amazing job.

Not worth price, if you can physically do it yourself don't pay the price cause when they say set-up all the do is activate your accounts they don't actually 6set it up to YOUR specifications! Or spend the time showing you how to use it, maybe i just got the wrong person maybe another installer would, but I wouldn't spend that kinda money if I didn't have to

Workers very helpful and knowledgeable. I had purchased two mounts online, when they showed up they informed me they don’t work well with metal studs but had two options in the car, both actually cheaper then the ones I bought. So they installed the right product at lesser price. Also had an issue with tv when they mounted it, they took it back exchanged it for me then brought the new one back and mounted it.

The agents mounted my T.V. with no problems. They were very knowledgeable about the way to mount. My husband was not available when they came, but had his own ideas of how it should've been mounted. He then called Geek Squad back and asked if the installers could come back and they did. Mounted the T.v. with no problems and to my husbands specifications. Thank you, Geek Squad!

I couldn’t have done this on my own!! These guys were awesome!! They had my 75” tv installed quickly and explained everything I needed to know. I will be using them again!!

Our agent, Walter, was extremely professional. He completed the job in an hour and the workmanship was excellent. He made sure he answered our questions before he left, and hauled off the packaging and old mount.

The agents were friendly, knowledgeable, and installed my TV and mount in a careful and timely manner. The were able to answer all questions and were very professional. I hired Best Buy to mount my tv on my wall and the work completed exceeded my expectations!

I hired Best Buy to hang two tvs in my parents new home. In short, they did a fantastic job. They were very professional. They worked quick and clean. They did a top notch job hanging the tvs, hiding the hdmi cords, connecting the devices and programming the the remotes. They made sure everything worked before they left and answered all my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
