Perfect Install

The tech showed up promptly when he called. Left no mess when he was done and walked me through the whole process what he was doing and what I preferred for set up. If you are not good at measuring or lining up things evenly or correctly I recommend letting the Geek Squad do it for you.

Setup was Good, but not Excellent

He zipped through them so fast, I could not see what settings he 'assumed' I wanted. I went in and changed a few after he left. Wish he'd have asked me instead of setting them to 'average user' settings.

Geek SQUAD Installed my TV Professionally

Took time to measure and install the big 85" TV nicely and neatly. Will seek there service in the future. Good to have professional service for $$$ TVs, etc.

I was glad that I didn't pass on having them go through the initial setup: I have Generation 1 Sonos products and they won't work with the TV/remote unless Bluetooth is turned off on the TV.
