It was not hookup correctly therefore all my sound is coming from the TV. I’ve had to order another sound bar after I had another Geek squad member take a look at it. Now waiting for that to arrive so I’m able to truly enjoy the TV.

Installation of TV.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The technician was nice and got the job done but I was always afraid he was going to step on my TV which was laying flat on the floor. He did not find out what I needed I had to ask for it to be plugged in and connected to antenna with how much I paid for mounting a TV that would’ve been nice. I’ve had other guys after done with the TV asked me if I needed to have anything done.

Week squad installed my tv quickly

I'm on my third Sony Bravia 75 UHD. Start up issues.Adam has been here each time to replace my TV's. He did a great job each time and explained the harmony remote. He was very patient with me learning how to use the new remote, soundbar and blue ray.

Geek squad installers exceeded my expectations.

They knew what they were doing and helped me with other ideas for my 2nd room. They redeemed Best Buy’s terrible customer service experience when setting up my services. 3 calls, over 2 hours per call. Hard to overcome the language barrier over the phone.
