Great service

Gave me instructions on the TV remote. Definitely will use them again if needed. Also carried the old TV to another room for me.

They are punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and also kind and friendly. Could not be more pleased with the entire delivery and setup process. Also, Jeremiah, their supervisor, is the BOMB and I appreciated all of his assistance with my scheduling also.

Best Buy’s people are so skilled and qualified. Only took them 30 minutes and they made sure my husband and I were okay with the location. Incredible to work with!

Smart TV replacement for same model TV!

GeekSquad Install 50" TV

The first TV they brought was busted and they had to go back to the store to get a new one. They also picked up a splitter and wire that was needed to connect my Cable box, something I had been unable to figure out on my own.
