Worth the Money to Pay Professionals to Install

Had all equipment installed by Best Buy which was awesome and did not take very long. We installed one tv and hooked up sound bar and it took hours. So nice having professionals do the work in no time at all!

TV/Soundbar

It was not hookup correctly therefore all my sound is coming from the TV. I’ve had to order another sound bar after I had another Geek squad member take a look at it. Now waiting for that to arrive so I’m able to truly enjoy the TV.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish.

Disappointed in the communication

For the cost, I thought it would have been included. I received multiple for.s of communication on how to prep for the installation and NEVER did it say to have a mount ready. Had to reschedule after they arrived so that I could purchase a mount.
