Great Install Service

He took my old 50" tv down from the tv mount on the wall with care and replaced it with the new TV that I purchased at Best Buy. The technician was professional, friendly, and helpful in guiding me through the TV setup and functions.

I like that you can pull the tv in and out and move the move slightly sideways from left to right vice versa. Geek squad installed it and my tv in about 40 mins. Amazing work!

Friendly and competent

They adjusted things multiple times without attitude or expressing frustrations. They provided appropriate suggestions to maximize what I wanted. The only downside with the program is the time frame provided. Its helpful to know the day in advance a narrower timeframe but they were very good with calling the morning of and just before coming. I have no regrets and would use them again especially since I have full tech support.
