The Squad Did A Great Job!

Quick Setup Done

Geek agent installed my TV quickly

Plus he took time to explain everything on the remote. And he took the old tv and the tv box with him. I'm so thankful I am a Geek Squad member.

Had to contact customer service because the system placed a maintenance program on my order. Charges were to be reversed, have not ! Service was charged to another credit card. Online orders are clumsy and force the maintenance program. I have disputed the initial online charge and I would appreciate your response to resolve the overcharge. Thanks

Geek squad installed my TV

They were accommodating and very knowledgeable. Since we couldn't put the TV exactly where we wanted, they were great at problem solving the issue to ensure we were happy with the placement. Great team and conversation.
