Set up TV and connected it to the sound bar and remote for Comcast. Done very quickly and answered questions.

After it was discovered the sales agent ordered the wrong set up options, the Geek Squad assisted me all they could in the time frame that was set up for the appointment. It was supposed to be set up as an installation of all the equipment I purchased, not just the basic TV mounting. The guys helped me coordinate all of the pieces and a little of the electronics. They were great! The overall experience, not so much.

I don’t understand a lot of technical stuff. I did my best to order and pay for a wall of t and installation. The kind man came out and mounted the TV. But I wanted the cords, wired, cables to be hidden in the wall He said I didn’t ask fir that. I may have not. He asked if I was a geek squad member. I didn’t know. Turns out I am. I paid the membership. What was frustrating was he wouldn’t or couldn’t look me up in the data base. He refused to put the cables in the wall. He was there to only mount the TV. That’s it. Ok but what poor professionalism. Best Buy needs to fix the glitch If a customer like me didn’t order exactly to the nut and bolt your Geek squad should have everything needed on the truck. I asked. The kind man said he doesn’t carry extra parts. I would have gladly paid for the extra service. Best Buy lost out. How many other customers have lost out of what they needed. Geek squad needs to be more customer friendly Huge loss

We weren't sure whether it would be worth the money, but when you are spending a lot for a really good TV, it's best to let them install (then if it gets broken or damaged - it's on them and I haven't wasted a lot of money). I've had three 55" (or bigger) TV's installed this way and it helps me sleep better at night. It's convenient and I've always had courteous on-time delivery.

The agents that installed my new tv were very professional and knowledgeable. They were very polite and made sure all my questions were answered,in fact they had more things to share with me than I new were available

Joshua and Jason did a great job mounting two TV’s in my new home. They were on time, professional, and friendly. Joshua made a point to tell describe all my options and explained everything I needed to know about the mount and TV access. He called the next day to make sure I was pleased with product. I would definitely use this service again.

Too expensive and not really professional. But ok. The tv is mounted at the wall and still hanging.

This was the first thing that was installed when the Geek Squad arrived...they mounted the television once the mount was on the wall and then proceeded to install the rest of the equipment. They managed all the cables and left the space looking 100% better than when they arrived!
