I have to say, this is the best picture I've seen. It is bright, and the colors just pop. I want to watch everything now. Easy remote. No poblems.

Wall mount of TV

I did my best to order and pay for a wall of t and installation. The kind man came out and mounted the TV. But I wanted the cords, wired, cables to be hidden in the wall He said I didn’t ask fir that. I may have not. He asked if I was a geek squad member. I didn’t know. Turns out I am. I paid the membership. What was frustrating was he wouldn’t or couldn’t look me up in the data base. He refused to put the cables in the wall. He was there to only mount the TV. That’s it. Ok but what poor professionalism. Best Buy needs to fix the glitch If a customer like me didn’t order exactly to the nut and bolt your Geek squad should have everything needed on the truck. I asked. The kind man said he doesn’t carry extra parts. I would have gladly paid for the extra service. Best Buy lost out. How many other customers have lost out of what they needed. Geek squad needs to be more customer friendly Huge loss
