Geek squad techs were great with install

Told us what they were doing the whole time and gave solutions to any issues that came up. They were a pleasure to deal with. Chris even followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was good.

Geek Squad awesome installation

excellent installation

The guys that did the installation were so knowledgeable and helpful. They did an excellent job on the television and soundbar installation. Some of the best service i have ever received from Best Buy.

Geek Squad Install

I could not be more pleased with the service we received. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable about the install and the TV. They put it all together in good time without rushing, everything worked correctly.

Worth the price of admission……and then some!

Even though the mounting options proved to be somewhat problematic, Tom is a "get-it-done" kinda guy. Geek Squad is the reason I signed onto BB's Total Protection Plan, which has more than paid for itself in the time I've been a subscriber.

He showed up on time, listen to our mounting requirements, mounted TV promptly, explained how to operate it and removed old TV. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
