Mid-level attention to detail
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was not able to be home during the installation, but I had someone available to let them in. The display was mounted on the preexisting mount. I left2 new HDMI 2.1 cables to be used instead of the older ones on the old TV. They still used the old ones that were not 4K 120Hz compatible, so I had to switch them myself after they left. They also hung the TV in an uncentered manner, meaning it is 6 inches too far to the right. This means that I will have to fix it myself by taking the TV off and rehanging it. This effectively renders their services useless, and it is very frustrating. I can't believe they did not check the TV "center" as a basic checkpoint. While the delivery/installation was technically free, I still had to buy the Totaltech to get that and it was the same amount. It is very disappointing and underwhelming.

Geek Squad worth every penny

Steve then took the time and showed me how to use the remote. He was very patient as I asked quite a few questions, and instructed me how to use the tv remote I really don't know what I'd do without the assistance of the Geek Squad.
