The team did a great job of mounting my TV's. They were on time and very courteous. They checked in with me a few times during the install to make sure I was happy with decisions they were making. Totally worth it...especially with TOTALTECH plan.

The agents did a great job installing wall mounted television. They made sure I understood how to operate the remote controls and answered my questions in a professional manner. The guy that came out did a good job of hanging the TV on the wall. I thought he would do more of going over the TV features and making sure my Direct TV was at its best picture level. I had figure it out myself later. I felt like the installer was in a rush. This was a lot of money just for a TV mount only. And then he charged us an additional $40 to just put on a sound bar. A little steep of price paid for the service in my opinion. The best value was the haul away of my old TV for $15. Not overly impressed with the Geek Squad service on this one. Could have hired a handyman for a lot less just to hang a TV wall mount. Next time I'll just get the delivery and haul away option and save myself a lot of money and figure out the TV features and correct picture quality on my own, like I did this time.

I bought a 65" tv and wall mount to be installed in my livingroom. The team who came to install it were polite and quick! They demonstrated how everything worked and even set up my apps on the new tv. I have ALWAYS gotten great service from the Geek Squad. I never hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Bought two TVs and scheduled them to be installed at two different locations. In hindsight I should have insisted the TVs to be rung up on separate transactions bc it was a nightmare for the geek squad. I had to spend over an hour sorting it out with geek squad transferring me here and there and that was frustrating. Finally the manager called and took care of me.

Excellent crew. Was professional and clean. Would recommend.
