Friendly and competent

They adjusted things multiple times without attitude or expressing frustrations. They provided appropriate suggestions to maximize what I wanted. The only downside with the program is the time frame provided. Its helpful to know the day in advance a narrower timeframe but they were very good with calling the morning of and just before coming. I have no regrets and would use them again especially since I have full tech support.

They made sure that everything worked and that the area was clean before they left. Both were very pleasant, professional and efficient.

Worth the price of admission……and then some!

Even though the mounting options proved to be somewhat problematic, Tom is a "get-it-done" kinda guy. Geek Squad is the reason I signed onto BB's Total Protection Plan, which has more than paid for itself in the time I've been a subscriber.

Geek squad was on time and efficient
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After it was discovered the sales agent ordered the wrong set up options, the Geek Squad assisted me all they could in the time frame that was set up for the appointment. It was supposed to be set up as an installation of all the equipment I purchased, not just the basic TV mounting. The guys helped me coordinate all of the pieces and a little of the electronics. They were great! The overall experience, not so much.
