Excellent job of mounting the sonos beam in our master bedroom.

Techs did not have install a mounting bracket as there was already one in place for the TV that was being taken down and upgraded to another that was suitable for the new one. They inspected the bracket to insure that it was up to the standards for the weight of the new one, installed it and set it up.

Quick and efficient and neat.Overall, the installation went very well.

Brandon mounted TV on bedroom wall, suggested the correct height and ran the wires behind the wall. Looks great. I could not have lifted the 40” TV.

Very good product Sabor is! Family enjoys it will always come back to Best Buy to purchase more equipment in the future but customer service sucks need to be improved gait quality and service that need to be improved since someone has a better do not stick to the schedule times had to cancel two turns to get on my schedule to put up the TV and sound bar thank you

Tech was 2 hours early.He was very knowledgeable & very thorough.

Appointment was confirmed on-line and by phone. Men arrived on time. TV bracket and TV installed quickly. They programmed my TV with my TV service. Geek Squad made sure I knew how to operate the TV. They asked if I had questions about anything before they left. Excellent service.

Michael Laymon was amazing, his personality is vibrant and his knowledge is unlimited. It was absolutely amazing to see how easy he made it all look when I know it would have taken me days to accomplish what he did in a couple of hours, not to mention all the frustration I saved myself. Spend the extra money and allow him to set up whatever it is you bought!

The agent was very nice and also quick. We thought it was going to take a while but he got the mount on the wall and the tv up in no time. He talked us through what we would need for a sound system in the future. I plan to only use Best Buy for any installation. We have 2 other tv’s that I’m going to have them come and mount!
