Great value & Service

They even program my DIRECTV remote to operate everything and make sure my Sound bar was working. I have an appointment to have them out by three other TVs. I highLy recommend Geek Squad. I also had a in-home consultation on how to network and fix other issues I wanted to streamline.

Geek Squad was incredible!

The TV is beautifully mounted over our fireplace and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I wish I got their names, but I am so thankful for them!

Smooth, easy installation

They were on time, careful with the television they were installing, carried away the old TV and packaging (leaving the floor clean) and set it up as advertised...in short order and left me fully up to speed on my new OLED TV. What can I say but an excellent Geek Squad effort.

Disappointed with the service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received a text the service men would arrive at 2:05 pm. They showed up at 12:30pm. We were not ready for them and they came back at 1:30pm. The tv mount was put up ok but after they left the tv did not work properly. Apparently the wiring was hooked up wrong. I reconnected the wiring to get it to work properly. Not worth the $250 they charged. Best Buy is not what they used to be.
