Received a text the service men would arrive at 2:05 pm. They showed up at 12:30pm. We were not ready for them and they came back at 1:30pm. The tv mount was put up ok but after they left the tv did not work properly. Apparently the wiring was hooked up wrong. I reconnected the wiring to get it to work properly. Not worth the $250 they charged. Best Buy is not what they used to be.

My TV’s were installed well. But I have purchased over $8000 worth of items and have had too much trouble with the refrigerator. It is not level and the ice dispenser has stopped working. And I can’t get anyone out here to service it. Your organization is far, far better at sales than service. Because of this, I am not happy.

The techs who installed my home theater were wonderful! They provided excellent customer service. They were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Very much appreciated them!

Gentleman from Geek Squad calls me to tell me they are short people since his helper is in the hospital. A woman shows up (clearly not who I spoke to) to mount a 50 inch TV. They are supposed to guide and recommend TV height (they are the experts) and this was premium installation. The cable and electric is integrated into the wall for wall mountings. They mounted it much too high, with wires hanging. Disappointed for $200 and customer service hasn’t gotten back to me. BEWARE!

Our agent today hooked up my printer. He called and asked if he could arrive earlier than the scheduled date beings he was in the area which we thought was very nice of him. He was very pleasant and informative. We need more like him in todays workforce . Thank you

Great installation; fast and quick. Came a bit late but otherwise great.

On the day of installation, I was notified that a Geek Squad installer was being changed to a 3rd party contractor. I joined an online chat and was informed that no Geek Squad was available but assured the installer is a professional installer. The installer arrived alone and was frantically calling for someone to come assist with the 90lb Sony tv. He answered 4-5 telephone calls while trying to install and none of the calls were related to my install. He proceeded to encourage DIRECT Tv instead of my current provider. He recommended that I return the Sony Sound bar and buy an LG instead. He said our HDMI was “junk” but has no offer of a replacement option. He said the TV wouldn’t fit in the new custom made wall. Important to note that the wall was designed and build specifically for THIS TV and wasn’t even constructed until after the TV was purchased. He was clearly unable to read the tape measure and said he was only “80%” confident that it fit. Once we helped him read the tape measure he realized it would fit PERFECTLY. He then provided no instructions on how to use the sound bar. He clearly has no product knowledge. I asked for assistance with a hearing aid tv connector. After trying 6-7 times I said never mind. The next day, I retuned to Best Buy where I learned that the hearing aid device can’t work with a second blue tooth device (which installer has no clue about). After retuning to Best Buy the next day, I was given a new Geek Squad installation team who did a great job the next weekend. The new crew adjusted our color and adjusted the sound and explained everything.

the TV was mounted quickly and professionally. We had no issues.

Looked at problem of getting audio from PC to bluetooth receiver that was not getting an adequate signal for uninterrupted sound. Recommended Sonos device and coming back to install. Kenny was knowledgeable, considered and discussed alternative solutions and recommended utilizing my WiFi network to connect the two devices.

Mounting looks good but the technicians did not clean up wall shavings or dispose of empty boxes.

The agents did a great job mounting my TV and setting up the sound system. They also removed the old TV and left the area in great shape.

Work was done well, kept clean, nice & quick. Was a little late getting to me, thus the 1 star deduction.
